Virginia Rossello was born in Genoa in 1988. She pursued her studies in both Spain and Italy, ultimately graduating with honors from the University of Architecture of Genoa in 2012. Throughout her student years, she garnered numerous awards and scholarships and served as an educational tutor for the Mathematics course at the University of Architecture. Her educational journey included diverse internships in Italy and Spain, notably at the structural engineering studio E.U.T.E.C.A. of Juan Francisco de la Torre in Madrid.

Post-graduation, Virginia embarked on a professional journey that took her between Genoa and Paris. She worked at the 5 + 1 AA design studio of Alfonso Femia and Gianluca Peluffo, followed by a stint at the XOLF interior design studio of Jean-Vincent Rischard, based in Paris. From 2013 to 2017, she resided in Morocco, collaborating with chief project architects at the Architectes-Associati studio of Karim El Achak and Amine Kabbaj. During this period, she contributed to various public and private projects in Morocco, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Subsequently, she worked on the expansion and public opening project for Jardin Rouge-Association Montresso-Residence of Artists, as requested by His Royal Highness Mohammed V.

In late 2018, Virginia relocated to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, joining the architecture firm of Rodolphe Mertens Architectes. Notably, she emerged victorious in an international competition for the creation of the square for Archimedes in Syracuse. This square is now open to the public and accessible (Ponte Umbertino, Italy). In 2019, she collaborated as an architect with the firm Frank Thoma. Virginia also contributes a monthly architecture column to the newspaper "Passa Parola Magazine," addressing contemporary themes related to renewable architecture.

In 2020, she founded her own architecture firm, Matching Architecture, which focuses on private projects in Luxembourg and beyond. Simultaneously, since 2021, she has taken on the role of a trainer in interior architecture for OHC Luxembourg - Office House Capellen - in Luxembourg.
