The project want to optimize the buildable surface of a not big lot situated in Marrakech. The volume of second floor is created by a terrace that serves as a covering for the space outside below, opened towards the garden and swimming pool. The rhythm of the full and empty of the façade is designed to add value the volumes of the architectural composition: no traditional windows are included, just big open view towards ouside. Small square windows positioned in a casual way reminiscent of the traditional walls of the medina and at the same time give light to the bathrooms and intimate and more private rooms of the house.
